Our appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. MyBFF Pet Services requires a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee.
The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. Cancellations within 24 hours or No Shows (you are not home and/or pet is not ready for groom when we arrive at your residence at the time of appointment) will result in a charge equal to 100% of scheduled services.
All cancellation fees will have to be paid prior to scheduling next appointment. If you are a first time client and you are a No Show when groomer arrives for your scheduled appointment MyBFF Pet Services will not schedule a future appointment. A reminder notification regarding appointment is a courtesy only. The client is ultimately responsible to remember the appointment date scheduled.
On rare occasions, MyBFF may need to cancel an appointment due to mechanical or equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. MyBFF will outreach to you right away to reschedule.
